Instructions for payment by credit card. (Attention - at the moment, we do not accept online payments via credit card)

On the main screen of the personal account, in the menu on the left, we select the "Purchase of credits by card" element, the window "Increase balance" opens, where your tariff, minimal payment and account currency are specified, as well as two fields for filling the "Amount in credits" and "Amount for deposit"; when one of the fields is filled in, the second is calculated and filled automatically. After entering the required amount we click the "Proceed with payment" button, the standard form of payment with a bank card opens where you need to enter the payment card data:

  • Number - indicated on the front side of the card, consists of 4 blocks, the first 3 blocks of 4 digits, the fourth block can contain from 4 to 8 digits, depending on your card;
  • CVV2 or CVC2 - 3-4 digit card validation code, usually located on the back of the card in the signature field;
  • The card expiration date is indicated on the front side of the card, under the number, in the month / year format;
  • Cardholder name (Latin) - is indicated on the front side of the card under the date;
  • The country the card was issued in - choose from the list.

After all the data is entered, we click the button "Pay"; in the opened window we check all the necessary information, if the data is entered incorrectly, we click on the "Edit" link, if everything is correct, please click "Confirm order".

If for any reason your payment is declined, then on the appeared page with an error you will see a link to an alternative payment method.

VISA and MasterCard are accepted for payment, no commission is charged for the account deposit operation.

Important! If the account currency of your card is not USD, then the indicated amount is withdrawn from the account in USD at the rate of your bank, then if the account currency in your personal account is not USD, the conversion from USD to the currency of your account is performed at the conversion rate of Google (google currency converter)
