Superagent is a manager. He may create dealers and agents. By default the dealers are created in superagent currency. We may allow multicurrency dealers by request to work in different regions. Superagent may create his own halls as well. He has access to all downline accounts

Dealer is a local representative of our software in some region. Dealer is allowed to create own agents and not allowed to create own halls. Dealer is allowed to work with 1 currency only. He has access to all downline accounts

Agent is an owner of a hall or a hall network. Agent has access to hall settings and is allowed to create engeeners and operators.

Operator is a person who works in a hall. He is not allowed to tune hall settings. He is allowed to create terminals, deposit and withdraw money , and view game logs
